| Just
before dawn, while most of you are still tucked into your Smoky Mountain
cabin, chalet, cottage, motel or even a tent, there
is a stirring at our down-home, Smoky Mountain restaurant! Just as
in old times when Grandma would get up long before the first family
member would ever get their first smell of bacon, eggs and biscuits
spreading through their homestead, there would be fresh ingredients
carefully being mixed, home made syrup being made, and many other tasks
that must be precisely and meticulously completed for her precious family!
Well, the same special steps are being performed as we get everything just
'right' for YOUR family! When you wake up in the morning, and
realize you are really in the Smokies, you won't be able to keep from
getting a BIG SMILE on your face as you envision yourself sipping our
delicious hot coffee, imagining, out of the corner of your eye, your
waitress coming from our kitchen, heading right for you with YOUR OWN
country ham, pancakes, fresh eggs, and hot steaming biscuits. Well,
there was more we were going to tell you about how special Smoky Mountain
breakfasts are at the Gatlinburg Little House of Pancakes....but it will
just have to wait.......since we see OUR waitress carrying a
down-home Smoky Mountain breakfast, heading directly towards OUR table!
